2ND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RAPID CLUB
ISP System was present at the 2nd General Assembly of the Rapid Club to present two innovative projects, particularly in the field of power electronic chip assembly technology.

NEW BRAZING PROCESS
ISP System worked on the industrialization of an innovative silver oxalate brazing process, in particular by developing a specific machine adapted to the constraints of the application.

The Bravoh project (Brasing Microvoid Free and High Thermal Conductivity) is funded by the Directorate General for Enterprise as part of a Rapid device project supported by ISP System.
